Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land. Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.
